    We all know that temperature is the basic condition to ensure the normal growth of agricultural crops. A greenhouse is a kind of thermal insulation agricultural facility that creates a suitable environment for the normal and rapid growth of agricultural crops. Insulation is an important task in agricultural production in greenhouses, and it is necessary to choose a suitable covering material.

    In order to test which kind of covering material has better thermal insulation, we selected two greenhouses in the area near 35 degrees north latitude, and tested them at the end of March, which are glass greenhouses and multi-story plastic film greenhouses. Without artificial heating, in two greenhouses under different weather, the indoor temperature is measured and recorded every hour.
    According to our practical analysis, it is found that the temperature of plastic greenhouses increases significantly during the day and the temperature decreases at night, and the effect of thermal insulation at night is not obvious. The thermal insulation effect of glass greenhouses during the day and at night is better than that of plastic greenhouses. The thermal insulation performance of glass greenhouses is better than plastic greenhouses.
     The glass greenhouse has a beautiful and novel shape, good light transmission and good thermal insulation. Plastic greenhouses are economical and practical, and the cost is low. You can choose according to the needs of production and planting.
